How does Maxmed decide what to show me?
Maxmed uses spaced repetition. After each card you rate how it went, and the app schedules the next review — sooner for words you found hard, later for ones you know. Your daily session mixes everything that's due with a few new cards, up to your daily target.
Is my data private?
Yes. Everything you do stays on your device. We don't collect, track, or sell anything. See the Privacy Policy.
How do I cancel Maxmed Pro?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Maxmed, then cancel. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
I subscribed but Pro isn't showing.
Open the paywall (Settings → Upgrade) and tap Restore. This re-checks the subscription tied to your Apple ID. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you purchased with.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Does Maxmed work offline?
Yes. The whole app — decks, reviews, progress — works without a connection.
How do I delete my data?
Open Settings → Delete all data in the app. This permanently removes your profile, subscription record, and review history from the device.
